ISPD was undergoing a broad portfolio transformation, aiming to modernize and unify its suite of global brands. B2Marketplace — a retail media and Amazon Marketplace solution focused in Spain and Italy — was central to this effort. With the rise of Amazon’s retail media offerings in the U.S., ISPD saw an opportunity to expand B2Marketplace into a key growth lever for entering the U.S. market.
The Approach
We repositioned B2Marketplace to reflect both its European credibility and its future-forward capabilities for U.S. advertisers. This included rethinking messaging, audience articulation, and how the brand could stand apart in a crowded and rapidly evolving retail media landscape.

The Results
The rebrand was delivered in just under four months and adopted across teams globally. It positioned B2Marketplace as a serious player in the retail media space, enabling the U.S. team to open early conversations with key prospects and explore partnerships with Amazon’s retail media division.
