Anagram Agency Launch

The Challenge

ISPD and Digilant wanted to spin out a new brand — Anagram — to serve as a full-service media agency. The brand had previously existed in Mexico and was acquired, but needed a complete refresh to re-enter the U.S. market with a strong story, clear identity, and aligned go-to-market.

 

The Approach

We worked closely with multiple leadership stakeholders across Digilant, ISPD, and the newly formed Anagram team to define Anagram’s purpose and carve out its distinct position in the holding company portfolio.

 

The Solution

We led project management and marketing execution from planning to launch. This including managing the brand identity process in collaboration with design and dev teams. Overall we delivered:

  • New website (content, wireframes, agency coordination)
  • Full launch plan (internal + external)
  • Credentials deck and supporting collateral
  • Launch event execution

The Results

Delivered the new brand on-time and on-budget over an 8-month window. While hard metrics are not available, the Anagram launch was successfully adopted by internal teams and positioned as a key pillar in ISPD’s U.S. market growth strategy.
